Dr. Affeldt has been with Fairview Pharmacy Services since 2013, where he has led various pharmacy operations, including speciality, mail-order, infusion and home-infusion services, according to a Jan. 7 news release from the alliance.
In addition to his new role at Fairview, he has served as treasurer for HOSP and contributed to industry organizations such as the National Home Infusion Association and the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy.
