Ms. Donigan will also become a member of the company’s board.
She most recently served as president and CEO of Sapphire Digital, which designs and develops platforms for healthcare consumers that assist them in selecting providers. She was previously president and CEO of ValueOptions, an independent behavioral health improvement company.
Ms. Donigan was also executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Premera Blue Cross and former senior vice president of operations at Cigna.
She holds a master of public administration degree from New York City-based New York University.
She succeeds John Standley, who will step down as CEO.
