The partnership aims to improve and personalize “health and wellness experiences” for Rite Aid customers.
Rite Aid will use Adobe Experience Cloud, a cloud-based technology that helps with marketing, analytics and commerce to enhance the company’s digital solutions.
“Adobe Experience Cloud will enhance Rite Aid’s ability to offer more consistent, compelling and continuous customer experiences across all customer touchpoints by connecting Rite Aid’s pharmacy, retail stores and online customer journey,” Rite Aid said in a news release.
Rite Aid also said a team of Adobe specialists “will provide strategic guidance and operational support.”
