Patients who used QuickChek pharmacies will be directed to their local CVS pharmacies in late November.

The nine pharmacies will be remodeled as QuickChek shifts its focus to fresh food. The 60 pharmacy employees affected will have a chance to apply for similar positions with CVS.

“CVS Pharmacy will continue to meet the pharmacy and healthcare needs of our customers, as well as provide career opportunities for our pharmacy team members,” Mike Wunder, QuickChek’s pharmacy director, told the Asbury Park Press.
