Police said that Aatif Ahmed Khan, 32, ordered the strips from medical distributors for his pharmacy and resold them to wholesalers, pocketing the money for himself. The alleged acts took place for two years.
Mr. Khan had been the pharmacy manager since 2015 and appeared to have been reselling the strips since 2017, police said.
He was arrested in February and faces a felony grand larceny charge.
