Portland, OR.-based MaineHealth Pharmacy will open its first retail storefront location June 14.
MaineHealth Pharmacy will offer medications, specialty pharmacy services and vaccinations, according to a June 10 news release. The location includes a drive-through option and is open to all patients, regardless of whether they receive care through MaineHealth.
The pharmacy is designed to provide the same services available through MaineHealth’s hospital-based pharmacies while offering a more convenient location, according to the release.
MaineHealth patients also will have coordinated access to pharmacists and other members of the health system’s care team, including prescription transfers and refills through MyChart.
