The new facility allows OptumRx to expand access and streamline fulfillment of medications for UnitedHealth Group patients and “prepares and bundles medications into daily, timed packages designed to improve medication adherence, drive better health outcomes and increase patient satisfaction,” the news release states.
The opening of the new location also added 300 jobs to the region.
