Columbus City Schools held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Jan. 13 to mark the return of its pharmacy technician program at Fort Hayes Career Center, relaunching the lab with support from industry partners and updated funding.
The program prepares 25 students each year for the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy’s certified pharmacy technician credential.
Leaders said the program reflects the growing demand for skilled healthcare workers and gives students a path into real, in-demand careers.
