The job cuts, scheduled for July 15, will affect employees in J&J’s consumer division.
According to the state filing, first reported by STAT, the layoffs will help the consumer division operate more efficiently and allow the company to invest more resources into other high-growth opportunities.
Affected employees will be eligible to receive severance.
