St. Catherine Hospital in East Chicago, Ind., recently named Nectaria Bonner, PharmD, CEO.
The hospital is part of Munster, Ind.-based Powers Health, which operates four hospitals. Dr. Bonner joined the health system in 2013 as inpatient pharmacy manager at Community Hospital in Munster, Ind., according to a Powers Health news release.
Since 2019, Dr. Bonner has served St. Catherine Hospital as director of pharmacy. During her pharmacy leadership tenure, she led specialty pharmacy, infusion, anticoagulation clinics and weight management programs, the release said.
The previous CEO of St. Catherine, Leo Correa, is taking the helm of St. Mary Medical Center In Hobart, Ind., after St. Mary’s CEO, Janice Ryba, retired June 30.
