Hy-Vee acquires 10 pharmacies in Minnesota

Hy-Vee, a grocery store chain with more than 245 stores in the Midwest, has acquired all 10 Weber & Judd pharmacies in Minnesota, continuing its pharmacy takeover, according to Winsight Grocery Business.

The Weber & Judd pharmacies will be rebranded as Hy-Vee HealthMarket Rx pharmacies by April 15.

In December, the grocer took over 22 Shopko pharmacies in the Midwest and acquired six more locations in February.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
