Mr. Hirsch will become GoodRx’s chief mission officer, advancing the company’s goal to make healthcare more affordable and accessible. Mr. Bezdek will serve as company chairman, offering direction on healthcare strategy and growth opportunities, according to a news release.
GoodRX named Scott Wagner interim CEO, effective April 25. Mr. Wagner has more than 25 years of corporate leadership experience and most recently served as CEO of GoDaddy.
GoodRx’s board has launched a search to find a permanent CEO, the company said in an April 25 Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
