The affected product is the drugmaker’s clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream with an expiration date of March 2020.
Customers have complained that the cream is too wet or too gritty. Glenmark blamed the problem on temperature-control issues.
The recall is a Class 3, used when the affected product is not likely to cause adverse health consequences.
