Endo CEO to retire

Endo International is searching for a new CEO after Paul Campanelli said this week that he intends to retire, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Mr. Campanelli has served as Malvern, Pa.-based Endo’s CEO since 2016 and will continue in his role until a new CEO is named. He has also been appointed as chairman of the board, effective immediately.

Roger Kimmel, the previous chairman of the board, will become the senior independent director. He replaces Sharad Mansukar, who is resigning to become a chairman of investment firm TPG Partners.
