Cost Plus Marketplace is restored after experiencing service disruptions that it attributed to its hosting platforms, according to a Sept. 16 email alert shared with Becker’s.
The Marketplace is hosted using Amazon Web Services and Salesforce technology. Salesforce experienced a widespread service disruptions from approximately 3:30 a.m. EST to 1 p.m. EST across multiple regions, including the Cost Plus Marketplace’s regions. Salesforce has identified the issue and rolled out a fix.
“Our team will continue to monitor the system closely to ensure services remain stable and address any records that may have been impacted during the outage,” the email said.
Cost Plus Marketplace is Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Co.’s hospital-focused offering that provides more than 6,000 medications.
