Bausch Health has initiated a formal search process to find a permanent replacement for Mr. Vadaketh.
If a permanent replacement is not found by the time Mr. Vadaketh exits, the company intends to appoint Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer John Barresi to the role of interim CFO.
