Eighteen U.S. universities ranked among the top 100 in the world for pharmacology and toxicology, a U.S. News & World Report ranking found.
U.S. News’ “Best Global Universities” ranked 2,250 of the world’s top universities overall and by 51 academic subject areas. The subject rankings used data and metrics from Clarivate to find the subject rankings, and bibliometric data from Web of Science for the overall ranking.
Subject rankings are based on academic research performance in those subjects using various bibliometric measures such as publications and citations, and indicators of global and regional reputation in each subject. Subjects are not classified by academic majors, departments or specific schools, such as pharmacy schools. Read more about the methodology here.
