Inventia Healthcare Limited has recalled 13,567 bottles of chlorthalidone tablets after the product failed dissolution specifications.
The voluntary recall covers Chlorthalidone Tablets, USP, 25 milligram, packaged in 100-tablet bottles and distributed nationwide, according to an FDA enforcement report. The affected product is batch RISA24002 and has an expiration date of April 2027.
Inventia initiated the recall Sept. 3. The FDA classified it as Class II Sept. 17. The recall remains ongoing.
