1. Ms. Luke most recently served as controller at Upper Peninsula Health Plan, a managed care organization providing Medicaid and Medicare services.

2. She came to UPHP after previously serving as CFO at NorthCare Network in Marquette and director of finance at Marquette General Hospital.

3. She succeeds Regina Bergh, who is leaving to take on the CFO role at Sanford Health Plan in Sioux Falls, S.D.
