The agreement is effective Aug. 1 for Humana Medicare Advantage health maintenance organization, preferred provider organization and private fee-for-service health plans. Two Summit Health hospitals — Chambersburg Hospital and Waynesboro (Pa.) Hospital — are included in the contract.
