Sendero, which covers more than 20,000 members, sourced Softheon to specifically address plan enrollment and payment reconciliation. The insurer implemented the solution in 17 days.

“Once again, our team has completed a full end-to-end implementation in an exceptionally short amount of time,” Eugene Sayan, founder and CEO of Softheon, said in a prepared statement. “We know how important it is for our clients to be up and running as quickly as possible, and we consider this to be a business imperative, not just a ‘nice-to-have’ feature.”
