Through the partnership, Regence formed a group of volunteers from the insurer’s marketing, communication and brand strategy divisions to develop a strategic plan for Bridge Meadows. The plan will help guide the nonprofit as it scales its housing model. The volunteers will each spend about 50 hours with Bridge Meadows staff over a six- to nine-month period.

Bridge Meadows serves 70 residents including youth formerly in foster care, adoptive families and elders.
