The plan, called iEverydayCare, offers coverage for Maricopa County residents accessing five Redirect Health centers in Glendale, Surprise/Sun City, Scottsdale, Chandler and Gilbert. It also provides 24/7 telephone access to a Redirect Health specialist who can evaluate a patient’s status and arrange treatment if necessary. If hospital care is needed, the specialists negotiate costs.
The plan includes unlimited primary care, chiropractic, preventive, lab and immunization services for a monthly fee of $105 per person and $300 per family, without deductible or co-payments.
