Premier Health Plan selects Renee George as president

Premier Health Plan, the insurance business of Dayton, Ohio-based Premier Health, appointed Renee George president, according to Dayton Daily News.

Here are four things to know about Ms. George.

1. Ms. George succeeded Josh Martin March 1. As president, she will be responsible for further developing Premier Health Plan.

2. She joined Premier Health in 2008, most recently serving as vice president of operations, according to the report. 

3. Ms. George previously served eight years in a leadership role at Cincinnati-based Mercy Health Partners.

4. She earned a bachelor’s in health administration from Lexington-based University of Kentucky and a master’s in business administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta.
