Health insurance co-op Minuteman Health selected insurance software startup Zipari as its provider search solution.
The Brooklyn, N.Y.-based startup's provider search will allow Minuteman policyholders to seek and compare physicians and facilities. Search amenities include automated data feeds, a personalized advanced search that saves favorite physicians and facilities and detailed provider profiles.
"When we say we offer high quality care through a network of top-rated hospitals and physicians, we need to help consumers and members verify it in a seamless way," Lisa McTighe, director of marketing and communications at Boston-based Minuteman, said in a prepared statement. "Today's health insurance needs to be intuitive in how you use it, starting with its digital presence."
