Kaiser Permanente adds retail exec to health plan’s board

Kaiser Permanente named Jenny Ming, former Charlotte Russe president and CEO, to its board of directors July 6.

Ms. Ming is no stranger to Kaiser, serving on the boards of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals for eight years.

Ms. Ming brings a prominent retail background to the position, helming fashion retailer Charlotte Russe for a decade and leading Old Navy for 20 years, including during its launch. 

On the board, Ms. Ming will serve on the Governance, Accountability, and Nominating, and the Community Health committees.
