Ms. Katz led Neiman Marcus Group, which operates Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and MyTheresa, from 2010-18. Ms. Katz joined the company in 1985, and during her tenure served in several executive and leadership roles in the organization’s stores and e-commerce units. She held roles such as executive vice president of stores, member of the office of the chairman of Neiman Marcus Stores, and others.
Ms. Katz’s addition to Humana’s board brings the total number of directors to 11.
