According to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission cited by the publication, Jody Bilney, strategic adviser for Humana, plans to sell 11,432 shares for roughly $3.9 million. Elizabeth Bierbower, also a strategic adviser for Humana, plans to offload 23,955 shares for roughly $8.3 million.
Timothy Huval, Humana’s chief administrative officer, said he is going to sell 7,373 shares for about $2.5 million. In a previous report, Louisville Business First said Timothy Alan Wheatley, Humana’s retail segment president, would sell 15,019 shares for $5.1 million.
All together, the leaders intend to sell nearly $20 million in stock.
