Iora Health and the Louisville, Ky.-based insurer extended their value-based agreement to 18 primary care practices during the past four years. Humana Medicare Advantage members in Arizona, Colorado and Washington state have in-network access to Iora Health’s practices in Phoenix; Tucson, Ariz.; Denver and Seattle.
One of the newly-added practices in Sun City West, Ariz., began seeing Humana’s Medicare Advantage policyholders Oct. 2. The second, located in Sun City, Ariz., will begin seeing patients Jan. 2.
