Medical Group of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg will participate in Camp Hill, Pa.-based Highmark Blue Shield's value-based reimbursement model.
Under the partnership, Highmark will coordinate patient care and improve patient outcomes with the 450-member physician group.
Highmark's value-based reimbursement model, True Performance Plus, will issue Medical Group of Pennsylvania physicians bonuses for meeting specific quality and cost targets.
