Florida Blue is extending its network contract with Nashville, Tenn.-based Envision Healthcare for the next several years.
The deal provides Florida Blue members with continued in-network access to over 6,000 Envision Healthcare physicians and specialists, Envision said in a Dec. 20 news release.
"The ability for patients to access care is paramount," said Jim Rechtin, president and CEO of Envision Healthcare. "Florida Blue shares our commitment to investing in the health and well-being of our community members, and we are pleased to extend our partnership."
