CVS-Aetna deal to close Nov. 28

CVS Health’s $69 billion takeover of Aetna will close by Nov. 28, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

The companies said they received final regulatory approval to complete the acquisition, which was hinging on OKs from the last two of 28 states.

The companies previously said the transaction would close before Thanksgiving.
