Jacksonville, Fla.-based St. Vincent's HealthCare and Florida Blue have yet to reach a deal to keep St. Vincent's in the Florida Blue network, even thought their contract has nearly expired, according to The Florida Times-Union.

Here are three things to know about the contract negotiations.

1. The contract is slated to expire July 1.

2. Neither side has disclosed details about the impasse on a contract renewal or indicated how many people would be affected, according to the report.

3. However, each side released a statement to the The Florida Times-Union.
