The insurer announced Oct. 19 that it is expanding its Medicare Advantage provisions in the Portland, Ore., area by bringing in two new offerings.
Cigna Preferred Medicare and Cigna True Choice Medicare will be offered in three Oregon counties and one Washington county.
The move comes as Cigna has named Lindy Hinman its Medicare Advantage lead in both states, according to the announcement.
Cigna also added 12 Iora Primary Care facilities in Maricopa County, Ariz., to its Medicare Advantage provider network.
The move makes Phoenix the latest city included in a partnership between Cigna and Iora Primary Care, according to an Oct. 20 news release. Other cities include Denver, Houston, Charlotte, N.C., and Tucson, Ariz.
Iora Primary Care specializes in treating patients 65 and older and provides both virtual and in-person care.
