Under the acquisition, the firms will offer a platform to assist health plans in ensuring their provider networks comply with federal and state regulators’ adequacy and accuracy requirements.
Joining Quest Analytics Board Member Charles Boorady, founding managing director of Health Catalyst Capital, said in a statement, “Health plans are under intense pressure. Quest Analytics can substantially improve the member experience, help eliminate surprise billing, and make member-facing mobile applications more user friendly.”
