Question: What are your top priorities today, and how do you expect them to evolve in the coming year?

Lisa White: Our top priority coming off of what none of us could have ever anticipated, really, is to continue to evolve our programs, and do it quickly with a solid strategy to help our providers embrace more advanced value-based models. So I think, you know, one of the things that was really brought to reality last year was the fragility of the fee-for-service system. So many of us have been saying this for a long time — fee-for-service is not sustainable. And our providers sort of had that in their face last year. So what we actually did was we focused our work last year on just keeping providers afloat in many respects. But the great news is while we did that, we took the opportunity to accelerate a lot of new tools and strategies.
