Helena-based Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana will move its headquarters to the east side of Helena, KXLH reports.
BCBS of Montana spokesperson John Doran told KXLH the payer has contemplated relocating its headquarters for more than a decade. The insurer's 400 employees, housed at two leased buildings in downtown Helena, will move to a new BCBS-owned complex.
The transition will include many stages but will reach completion in about two weeks, according to the report.
