The closure is an effort to consolidate staff and services in the area, as UPMC Pinnacle currently operates five walk-in clinics within a 3 to 8 mile radius.

The hospital is urging patients to visit one of four other walk-in clinics or urgent care locations in the area.

No employees were impacted as a result of the consolidation, spokeswoman Kelly McCall confirmed in an emailed statement to Becker’s Hospital Review.
