For the report, KLAS Research surveyed 166 healthcare executives about their satisfaction with patient flow vendors. The most common patient flow modules respondents used were bed management (89 percent), patient transport (83 percent) and environmental services (70 percent).
When ranked on a 100-point scale, executives reported TeleTracking (89.1) as the No. 1 patient flow vendor based on overall performance, compared to Epic (88.1) and McKesson (82.4). Central Logic (86.4), Cerner (76.9) and Allscripts (63.5) were also rated highly, although the sample sizes were too small for KLAS researchers to reach a confident conclusion.
