Southern New Hampshire Medical Center diverts ambulances during area flooding

Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua diverted ambulances Friday due to water damage in the intensive care unit, reports WMUR News 9.

When severe storms hit the area, water came through a small area of hallway ducts in the ICU, according to the hospital. As a precaution, the hospital diverted ambulances for two hours to St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua and other nearby hospitals.

The incident did not interfere with patient care, and necessary repairs have been completed.
