With Inspira Access, a remote check-in app, patients can reserve a spot in line for urgent care. The app, which is powered by patient check-in software developed by Jellyfish Health, aims to reduce wait times at the healthcare facility. The mobile app also provides insights to healthcare administrators, who will be able to see how long patients have been waiting.
Inspira Health plans to expand the service to other ambulatory services, such as imaging and labs.
