The three facilities to be consolidated include a clinic, a pediatrics facility and a primary care facility, according to the report.
Construction on a 30,000-square-foot building, also in Kenosha, will begin in late summer or early fall. Officials expect to complete construction in 2018.
Officials also said the hospital’s other Kenosha-based facilities will remain at their current locations.
Juliet Kersten, vice president of ambulatory and regional services at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, said, “Expanding and integrating our services at locations that are closer to where families live supports our efforts to provide more personalized and integrated care.”
