Navigating Cancer surveyed 295 cancer patients to gauge patients’ perception of personalized care and healthcare technology. In addition to high interest in personalized management tools, 77 percent were interested in reading cancer education materials from expert sources and 74 percent were interested in having online access to their medical records.
Navigating Cancer experts concluded cancer patients want to be engaged in their care and are comfortable using online technology to do so.
