Banner Health Invests $45.2M to Expand Primary Care Services

The board of directors at Phoenix-based Banner Health has approved plans to build four new Banner Health Centers in Maricopa County, Ariz., expanding the reach of the health system’s primary care services.

The cost of the four centers is estimated at $45.2 million. Locations for the new centers include Gilbert, Queen Creek, Chandler and East Mesa.

Banner currently operates two Banner Health Centers in Maricopa and Peoria/Sun City and previously approved plans to open other centers in Verrado, Surprise and Goodyear as well as one outside the state of Arizona, in Southwest Loveland, Colo.
