The new technology solution enables life sciences companies to aggregate, monitor and measure patient interactions from multiple sources, such as nursing support providers, specialty pharmacy services and affordability programs.
Using analytics components of the Accenture Intelligent Patient Platform, the solution evaluates the effectiveness of patient interaction across multiple channels, such as email, text and mobile apps.
The solution creates a singular dashboard view of program performance, enabling companies to quickly identify what channels and services are most effective for select patient segments.
Future releases will incorporate artificial intelligence and machine learning to recommend ways to improve patient engagement across channels and services.
