State survey delays $95M Indiana hospital opening

St. Vincent Evansville’s new orthopedic hospital will open two weeks later than planned, according to local NBC affiliate 14 News.

The St. Vincent Orthopedic Hospital was originally set to open July 8. The new opening date is July 22. Hospital officials told 14 News that they’re still waiting on the state to complete a survey of the hospital.

St. Vincent Evansville (Ind.) And Tri-State Orthopaedics broke ground on the $95 million, 135,000-square foot orthopedic hospital in May 2017.
