LEM Surgical’s Dynamis robot for spine surgery earned FDA 510(k) clearance, according to an April 24 news release.

The robot is the first multi-arm system for hard tissue surgery. One arm is for surgical guidance and one is for optical navigation. It supports a wide range of surgical instruments.

Dynamis will be introduced in the U.S. later this year, and commercialization will increase in 2026, Chris Prentice, CCO of LEM Surgical said in the release.
