HOPCo acquires Caro Health

Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company acquired Caro Health, an artificial intelligence-driven company, according to an Aug. 7 news release. 

Caro Health is based in the Netherlands and was founded in 2019. Its proprietary AI platform is designed for personalized communications with patients and providers.

As part of the acquisition, Caro Health’s platform and team will be fully integrated into HOPCo’s Digital Health division. Caro Health will help with AI augmentation for products including HOPCo Vitals and myrecovery by HOPCo.

Thomas Goijarts, founder and CEO of Caro Health will serve as head of products for HOPCo and will support customer service and delivery for HOPCO’s footprint in Europe.
