The Healthplex has undergone an expansion of the pediatric department and the orthopedics department.

The 20,000-square-foot expansion aims to reduce patient wait times and provide additional employment opportunities for physicians and other staff members.

The expanded orthopedics department now has 41 exam rooms, tripling its capacity for patients, while the pediatric department now has 28 exam rooms, including five new rooms.

It will offer comprehensive orthopedic care services, including spinal care and surgery, total and partial joint surgery, surgical and nonsurgical sports medicine services, and podiatry, as well as a Mako robotic arm.
