West Virginia Gastroenterology and Endoscopy is located the campus of Davis Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Shats’ practice will include techniques such as colonoscopy, endoscopy and ERCP procedures. He will perform endoscopy procedures at Davis Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Shats has special interest in therapeutic endoscopy, colon cancer screenings and the management of bariatric surgery patients.
He received his MD from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. Dr. Shats completed his residency and a fellowship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson.
